From the prestigious Langhe area of the Piemonte region, these tortellini have a fragrant egg pasta dough, and typical touch of nutmeg. The aromatic ricotta cheese and spinach flavor bursts on the plate with either tomato sauces or in the classic broth or brodo.

The owner, Maurizio Allemandi, was inspired from a young age as he grew up visiting his grandmother's trattoria - Vascello d’Oro (a trattoria that is still open in Carru today) where he learned that quality raw materials and the passion for quality food are the basis of Italian regional cuisine.

Egg pasta (72%): durum wheat semolina, barn eggs (19.4% of pasta). Filing (28%): breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt), ricotta cheese (21.5% of the filling) (milk, milk whey, salt), spinach (14.3% of the filling), margarine (coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, water), cheese (milk, milk whey, salt, enzymes), salt, natural and artificial flavors, spices. Contains wheat (gluten), egg, nuts and milk. May contain soy and mustard.
