Acetaia San Giacomo is the loving project of Carlo and Carla Giacomo. In purchasing the estate, the Giacomos realized a personal dream: to marry their affection for the Emilia-Romagna region with their fondness for the smells and tastes of their childhood. Under their direction, the Acetaia now produces various traditional balsamic vinegars from home-grown Trebbiano grapes, each representing the highest levels of quality and care.
