Acetaia Castelli, located in a 130-year-old farmhouse in Rio Saliceto, Reggio Emilia, excels in producing sublime balsamic vinegar. Quality is a tradition, using only D.O.C. grapes and meticulous vineyard selection. The farm's balsamic vinegar legacy began with Giuseppe Poli and continues with his grandson Andrea, who maintains the family tradition of using only cooked grape must and wine vinegar without additives. Acetaia Castelli’s balsamic vinegar is celebrated globally for its excellence and heritage.
