The Marella Pasta Factory, deeply rooted in family tradition, was reborn in Gioia del Colle in 1987. Known for artisanal durum wheat semolina pasta, baked goods, and traditional Apulian almond desserts, Marella uses only local raw materials. The factory employs traditional methods, including bronze dies and low-temperature drying, to ensure quality and preserve flavors. Marella's dedication to craftsmanship has earned international recognition, expanding its market globally while maintaining a commitment to quality and local heritage.
