Podere Francesco, nestled in the hills of Abruzzo's Mosciano Sant’Angelo, merges Bruno D’Elpidio’s 40 years of agricultural wisdom with the fresh passion of his sons, Clemente, Simone, and Manuel. This family-run farm boasts 80+ varieties of fruits, enriched by a coastal climate and innovative techniques. Committed to sustainability, they employ drip irrigation and vacuum cooking, ensuring no waste and preserving flavor. With 45 employees and global certifications, they export high-quality produce across Europe. Their future vision includes solar energy self-sufficiency, emphasizing taste and environmental harmony.
