The owner, Maurizio Allemandi, was inspired from a young age as he grew up visiting his grandmother's trattoria - Vascello d’Oro (a trattoria that is still open in Carru today) where he learned that quality raw materials and the passion for quality food are the basis of Italian regional cuisine.

Ingredients

Egg pasta (72%): durum wheat semolina, barn eggs (19.4% of pasta). Filing (28%): breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, salt), ricotta (29.5% of the filling), (milk, milk whey, salt, enzymes),sunflower seeds oil, natural and artificial flavorings, salt, porcini mushrooms (3% of the filling), spices. Contains what (gluten), egg and milk. May contain soy and mustard.
